How are your pottery pieces made?

Every item at Village Pottery Company is wheel-thrown or hand-built by local artisans using high-quality stoneware clay and lead-free, food-safe glazes.

Is your pottery safe for use in the microwave and dishwasher?

Yes, most of our stoneware is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for longevity, and items with metallic gold or silver luster should never be microwaved.

How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?

We use eco-friendly, recyclable cushioning and heavy-duty corrugated boxes to ensure your ceramics are protected. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pottery. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to include Europe and Australia in the near future.

Can I place a custom order for a specific color or design?
